In your registrar’s DNS settings, set the nameservers we send in your welcome email. Changes usually take a few hours.

Can I get a discount for many sites?

Yes. Agencies hosting more than 10 sites can contact sales for a custom quote.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Open a ticket or chat with us within 14 days of your first shared hosting purchase. See the refund policy.

How do I upgrade my plan?

From your client area, choose Upgrade. You only pay the difference for the rest of your term.
